MARTINA KRUPCOVÁ, BECAME THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THE M&A DIVISION AT RELEVANS

The RELEVANS law firm appointed senior attorney Martina Krupcová as the head of the M&A division. Martina is responsible for the professional, organizational and economic management of her team.

Martina specializes in the field of mergers and acquisitions during all their phases, as part of which she tends to mainly cover transactions related to companies operating in the real estate sector (including shopping centres and administrative complexes), IT and retail. Her specialization also includes legal advice regarding real estate projects, corporate law and securities law.
