RELEVANS AS THE PART OF AN EXCEPTIONAL DEAL FOR THE SALE OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PART OF THE KLINGERKA PROJECT

RELEVANS had the opportunity to participate in another exceptional deal, in which we represented JTRE in the sale of the administrative part of the Klingerka Project. The new owner of this unique 11-story office building, which also has a Breeam Excellent certificate, is the ERSTE realitná Renta fund managed by the Asset Management of Slovenská sporiteľna. This is the second successful collaboration between JTRE and ERSTE realitná Renta in the field of real estate in the past two years. And we do believe that it is not the last!
