RELEVANS PROVIDED LEGAL ADVICE ON THE SALE OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PART OF THE ZUCKERMANDEL PROJECT
Real estate fund ERSTE Realitná Renta of the management company Asset Management Slovenská sporiteľňa bought the administrative part of the Zuckermandel project from a company within the J&T Real Estate Holding Limited group. The subject of the transaction consists of office and retail space with a leasable area of 16,800 m2.
We are immensely pleased to have participated in this transaction on the part of the seller. This is not a conventional transaction, the Zuckermandel project is very specific and different in complexity from prevailing real estate projects. Zuckermandel is a premium project located in a lucrative location on the Danube riverbank below Bratislava Castle. We have been legally covering the project from the very beginning – from permitting processes, construction, setting up legal relations, to contracting all tenants and operations. The project was completed in 2017 and won several awards, including the CIJ award for The Best Office Space.
