JUDr. Ivana Gážiová, PhD. Attorney at Law

Mgr. Ivana Gážiová, PhD., is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Pan-European University in Bratislava. As part of the Erasmus Project, she studied at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed an internship at the Athens International Law Firm with offices in Cyprus and the United Kingdom. After having completed her master’s degree (Mgr.) in 2012, she successfully passed the rigorous exam and in 2013 she was awarded the academic degree Doctor of Juridical Science (JUDr.). Subsequently, in 2016, she completed her postgraduate studies (PhD.), where she was engaged in lecturing and writing a number of journal articles.

Before joining RELEVANS, Ivana specialized in international contract law and EU law. She has personally participated in major negotiations on legislative instruments at the EU Council in Brussels and has experience in managing projects funded by the European Commission grants. Ivana speaks English fluently.

Expertise

Ivana Gážiová specializes in real estate law, contract law, corporate law and intellectual property law. She advises clients on daily basis on purchase/sale and lease of real estate and prepares contracts for clients in real estate projects. In addition, she is engaged in legal due diligence and legal analysis drafting.
