JUDr. Lenka Mančáková, LL.M. Attorney at Law

Lenka Mančáková is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, where in 2016 she was awarded the academic degree Master of Laws (Mgr.) and in 2017 academic degree Doctor of Juridical Science (JUDr.). Lenka also completed postgraduate studies in the European and International Business Law program at the University in Budapest, where she was awarded the academic degree LL.M. in 2017.

Prior to joining RELEVANS, she worked as an associate and later as an attorney at law in a major Slovak law firm, where she focused primarily on commercial law, corporate law, civil law and real estate law. She has experience in the implementation of comprehensive due diligence, preparation of transaction documentation, representing the client in administrative proceedings and in court proceedings. Marginally, she also provided counselling in matters of labour law.

Lenka speaks fluent English.

Expertise

Lenka specializes mainly in commercial law, real estate law and development. She deals with complex real estate transactions, including due diligence. Within her specialization, she participates in the preparation of legal analyses and opinions as well as in the preparation of contractual documentation.
