JUDr. Mgr. Gabriela Fačkovcová Associate

JUDr. Mgr. Gabriela Fačkovcová is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava. After having completed her master’s degree, she successfully passed the rigorous exam and in 2018 she was awarded the academic degree Doctor of Juridical Science (JUDr.). She extended her education in the field of management, graduating from the Faculty of Management of Comenius University in Bratislava in 2020 with a master’s degree (Mgr.).

Prior starting cooperation with our law firm, she has worked as a junior associate in law firms focusing on civil, family, commercial and labour law. Gabriela speaks English, German and Hungarian.

Gabriela specializes in litigation in civil, commercial and labour law. In her practice, she is engaged mainly in drafting court and other filings, legal analyses and opinions and represents clients in the court proceedings.
