JUDr. Zuzana Rosinová, LL.M. Attorney at Law

Zuzana Rosinová is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Pan-European University in Bratislava, Slovakia, where she obtained a Master’s degree (Mgr.) in 2015 and a Juris Utriusque Doctor degree (JUDr.) in 2016. She completed the postgraduate program in European and International Business Law and obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) at Austria’s University of Vienna Law School in 2016. In the same year, she attended a professional program on intellectual property law at Stanford Law School in the United States.

Working in leading international law firms, first as a paralegal during her academic studies, and then as an associate upon graduating, Zuzana gained valuable professional experience. She particularly trained in corporate and employment law, tax, insurance, real estate, data protection, public procurement, and regulatory matters such as telecommunications and pharmaceuticals.

Her career has allowed her to participate in numerous significant projects and transactions. In doing so, Zuzana carried out due diligence reviews, represented clients before courts at all levels in Slovakia, and provided support to arbitrators in proceedings commenced under Slovak and international arbitral procedural rules. She has also co-authored a publication on data protection.


Zuzana Rosinová specializes in civil and business law issues, mergers and acquisitions, securities, tax, banking & finance, employment, regulatory matters, data protection, and public sector partner services. She drafts and reviews diverse legal documents and represents clients in negotiations and proceedings before relevant authorities.
