JUDr. Lucia Bardelčíková Lawyer

JUDr. Lucia Bardelčíková graduated from Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, Faculty of Law, where she obtained Master of Laws (Mgr.) in 2011 and Doctor of Laws (JUDr.) in 2013.

During her university studies, she worked as a legal assistant and later as an associate in Slovak law firms, where she has gained experience in civil, commercial and administrative law.

Lucia joined RELEVANS in 2012. She has extensive experience, in civil, commercial and administrative law, including company law, real estate law and development projects. She provides legal services and advice in Slovak and English.

Expertise

Lucia has been currently advising her clients in cases in the areas of civil, commercial and administrative law, with the particular focus on litigation and obligations. Her work includes preparation of actions and other court filings, representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings, preparation of legal analysis and opinions, as well as preparation contractual documentation. Lucia also specializes in real estate law.
